Green Tea:
Green is prepared from Camellia sinensis which is originated in china. Green tea is used nowadays in many beverages, diet food and healthy foods.

Nutritional Values in Green Tea:
  • Green Tea is rich in antioxidants (catching polyphones - epigallocatechin3gallate) which kill cancer causing cells.
  • Green Tea antioxidants make blood vessels stretchable to avoid blood clots which lead healthy heart.
  • Green Tea fights against obesity by reducing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol levels in the body.
  • Green Tea contains natural fluoride which keeps tooth health.
  • Green Tea produces heat and increases metabolic process and makes liver to function with more accuracy.
  • Green Tea controls the blood pressure and hypertension, because it is natural ACE (angiotension converting enzyme) inhibitor.
